Terms and Conditions

1. Fixed period rental offer is applicable to individual customers with valid Saudi driver license and not valid for companies or establishments.
2. Vehicles covered under this rental offer are new 2022 Model Year.
3. Customer will be required to sign an electronic promissory note along with the unified rental contract.
4. Usage of the car is limited to 12,000 KM per year.  Additional charges will apply if the Usage exceeds 12000 KM per year.
5. Vehicle cannot be used by individuals other than the authorized person who is mentioned in the vehicle rental contract.
6. Vehicle cannot be used as taxi or pay per trip cars such as Karim, Uber Etc.
7. Vehicle cannot be used for any motors sports activities.
8. Vehicle cannot be used for any unlawful activities.
9. Vehicle should be sent for periodic maintenance as per the manufacturer recommended schedule.
10. SIMAH Credit check is required for establishing eligibility.
11. General cleanliness of the vehicle should be maintained at all times.
12. User is not allowed to remove, repair or exchange any parts or accessories of the vehicle during the contract period.
13. Premature termination of the contract will result in financial penalties,   Ask the sales agent for details.
14. All traffic fines occurred on the vehicle is the responsibility of driver of the vehicle and must be paid promptly.
